The Commercial Bank
of Syria was established in early 1967, in order to serve
the economic and commercial activities in Syria. The Bank’s
Capital is currently amounting to one milliard Syrian Pounds.
The bank has over fifty branches spreaded all over the provinces
and major towns in the country, in addition to 32 Foreign
Exchange centers present in all locations in contact with
tourists, visitors and comers to the country.

in Syrian Pounds or Foreign currency. These are usually
put under the customers’ disposal for a specified time.
